Since quite some time Aqua Marina has been one of the biggest suppliers of inflatable stand-up paddleboards, inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks and more water sports-related products. They have a huge collection of stand-up paddleboards for both adults and children, aimed at all-around paddleboarding, racing, yoga and more special boards.

The Aqua Marina Breeze is only suitable for smaller / lighter people or children that want to start with Stand Up Paddleboarding and have a small budget. I wouldn’t recommend this board to advanced users

The Aqua Marina Fusion is highly recommended for people that want to get started with StandUp Paddleboarding for the first time but doesn’t fit the needs of an advanced user.

- Lots of online stores offer discount on this board since it’s very popular
- Not so agile due to its length

The Aqua Marina Monster used to be one of the most popular boards until it vanished two years ago, but now it has returned to the Aqua Marina collection with a vengeance!

- Big and stable platform that is also very suitable for touring
- Not so agile due to its length

Aqua Marina Coral
The Aqua Marina Coral is the first board in the Aqua Marina line that is designed specifically for ladies. The boards is smaller than other boards in the collection and has a distinct color aimed at a female audience.
- Shorter and smaller board that is easier to control and turn
- Upon purchase you get a complete package so you do not have to incur extra costs to start
- Very nice color and light to carry
- Only 12 cm / 4.7″ thick
- Maximum capacity of 231 lbs / 105 kg, this will often be too little for two people
Aqua Marina NUTS
The Aqua Marina NUTS is specifically aimed at first time paddlers and is recommended for SUP rental companies by the brand. The 10’6″ x 32″ x 6″ makes it a stable platform for beginners to get started on with paddle boarding.
- Is wonderful on the water compared to a 4.7″ thick board
- Very stable platform for beginners to start on for their first time paddling
- The board can be inflated up to 18 PSI instead of the regular 15
- Aimed at rental companies so doesn’t come with any accessories
- Maximum capacity of 308 lbs / 140 kg, this can sometimes be too little for two people
Aqua Marina Thrive
Update: As of 2020 the Aqua Marina Thrive will not continue to be produced by the company. However, you can still purchase the board at certain retailers. Don’t forget to ask for a discount since retailers are willing to sell these boards out as quickly as possible 😃

Aqua Marina Beast
I always liked the design of the Beast. The blue sporty design, together with great specs makes it one of my favorite beginner boards. In my opinion, the Beast is the better version of the (way more popular) Fusion. Kinda strange huh?

Aqua Marina Magma
Nowadays you find great prices for the Magma. Since its release the price dropped and the board is almost as cheap as the Fusion. Not sure which one to pick? Let me make the decision for you: this one!

Aqua Marina Triton
The Triton is quite new to the Aqua Marina family. Together with the Atlas they try to fill up their advanced all-around product line. The Triton is a bit smaller and has a less max Payload.
Update: It seems this board is not being released in 2020 anymore as it wasn’t very successful in sales.
Aqua Marina Atlas
The Aqua Marina Atlas is one to keep an eye on for this year. If you appreciate the design, you will like this advanced all-around board. It is super sturdy, great on the water, and has a perfect size. It’s actually one of the best boards I’ve reviewed for this year.
Aqua Marina Race boards
Aqua Marina Hyper 11’6″
Aqua Marina has two versions of the Hyper as of 2020: the 11’6” and the 12’6” (which of course has to do with its size). The boards aren’t really popular yet and there are barely sales/reviews on Amazon. I haven’t tested it (yet) but the design looks cool, l think.
Aqua Marina Hyper 12’6″
And here is the bigger version, the Hyper 12’6”. According to Aqua Marina these boards are made for touring. I partly agree on this one. The Hyper is just as long as the AM Race, but is slightly wider. I think this board will do well as a semi-race board as well.
Aqua Marina Race 12’6″
Hereby the collection of real Race SUP boards. The 12’6″ is the smallest. This board is narrower than the Hyper and has an even tighter point to the front. This allows you to build up much more speed than a touring board.
Aqua Marina Race 14′ 🆕
And herewith the new Race 14′, launched in 2020. One step bigger than his little brother (and a little more expensive). This sup is no less than 14′ long, which is really very long. A board for the real sportsman
Aqua Marina Race Elite 14′ 🆕
This is the new and super fast Aqua Marina Race Elite 14′, launched in 2022. The fastest board in the whole collection, designed to reach the highest speeds with the lowest resistance and friction.
Aqua Marina Paddle board for kids
Aqua Marina Vibrant
The Vibrant is a board that is specifically designed for kids. Its max payload is only 60 kg / 132 lbs, which I don’t like to be honest. I would rather recommend buying a different board like the Breeze, which is also very cheap but can be used up to 95 kg. 60 kg is just too less!
Aqua Marina Perspective
The Perspective is kind of a funny invention from the company. Its floating ‘wings’ give enormous stability. Perfect for people who need a little guidance in the world of stand up paddleboarding. Note: although I see many retailers selling this board, the product is not on the Aqua Marina website anymore. If you’re interested in this product, hurry up buying it 😊.
Aqua Marina Fishing SUP
Aqua Marina Drift
The Aqua Marina Drift is the fishing SUP of the collection. The board has a thick outside rail for extra stability, two-rod holders, and all the normal SUP gear. If you plan to get this board I would recommend that you purchase the removable fish cooler box with high back support, so you can have a relaxed fishing trip on your SUP.
Aqua Marina Yoga SUP
Aqua Marina Dhyana
As you can read in the Best Yoga paddle board guide, I’m quite fan of the Aqua Marina Dhyana. The full deck footpad is great and the board can be used in a multi-purpose way (so not only for Yoga). Buy a Yoga dock and you will have a blast doing Yoga on the water in a group!
Aqua Marina Peace
To be honest I don’t really like the Peace. Since most paddle boarders also like to paddle board (instead of only doing yoga), I would definitely recommend you checking out the Dhyana. This board is better in every aspect.
Aqua Marina Flow (💀 2019)
Aqua Marina has stopped producing the Flow board as of 2019. Still looking for this board? Definitely ask for a discount! The retailer is stuck with this board for a few years already so he’ll be happy to sell you this item 🙃
People were actually quite positive about this board back then. Nevertheless, times are changing and so does paddle board design. Aqua Marina found that the board had an old fashioned design so they decided to change it. If you still like the design, the board might be good for you.
Aqua Marina Family SUP
Aqua Marina Super Trip
The Super Trip is a great SUP board for the two of you to go out on the water and even take a child or pet with you. A real family board with a nice design and a maximum weight of 210 kg / 463 lbs. Certainly enough to have fun with the family.
Aqua Marina Super Trip Tandem 🆕
In 2020 the larger version of the Super Trip is released the Super Trip Tandem. Even more space and a maximum weight of 230 kg / 507 lbs. With a length of 14′ it is easy to go on an adventure with several people/children / pets.
Aqua Marina Mega
With the Aqua Marina Mega you can brave the water together with as many as 6 to 8 friends or family members. The maximum weight of 650 kg / 1433 lbs ensures that everyone can take it with them. Of course, you can’t do anything on your own with such a gigantic board, so only for people who like company!

The Aqua Marina Blade is Aqua Marina’s windsurfing option. You buy it in a complete package with sail and of course, you don’t need a paddle. If you wish, you can remove the sail and paddle (paddle not included). For a completely new SUP experience!
Aqua Marina Wave 🆕
Small but nice, with the new Aqua Marina Wave inflatable surfboard you can grab waves and make tight turns. With a larger board it’s not that easy, that’s why the Wave is ideal for this. Please note the max. weight of only 95 kg / 210 lbs, not suitable for everyone.
Aqua Marina Rapid
The Aqua Marina Rapid is an extra maneuverable board made for rivers with stronger currents that offer more challenge than a calm lake. The combination of stability and ease of use with speed and control make this a great board for real adventurers.
