Outdoor Master Solar Spirit Paddle board: Everyday Adventure SUP!

The Outdoor Master is well-known for the outdoor sports equipment that they provide. They have recently decided to launch their Stand Up Paddleboard series in the year 2021.

I had never heard of this company until I came across their Outdoor Master Shark II electric SUP pump! That electric pump, by the way, is fantastic and will save you a lot of time and energy!

Even though they are new to the SUP industry, the Outdoor Master Paddleboard collection will provide you with high-quality SUP!

The Chasing Blue All-Around Spirit paddleboard series is well-known for its beginner-friendly and budget-friendly designs.

The Solar Spirit paddleboard is one of their models. This inflatable paddleboard is 11’6″ long and 34″ wide, providing a comfortable and easy ride.

The Solar Spirit paddleboard’s design is ideal for all water conditions, providing stable traction for all levels and fitting in all water conditions. It’s an all-around SUP board that’ll help you stay stable in the face of waves!

You shouldn’t expect much speed from this paddleboard, but it will provide you with a wonderful and relaxing cruising experience on the water!

The Solar Spirit Paddle board is one of the paddleboards in the outdoor master chasing blue models that is both gadget and beginner-friendly. Among the other CHASING BLUE SUP boards, this one has the longest length and the widest width.

You can certainly bring your children and pets on this SUP; just make sure they have their floatation device.

Even if you’re paddling through waves, the Solar Spirit Paddle board is a stable SUP with a wide-body and pointed nose. Because this is an inexpensive paddleboard, they ensure that the quality of the board is not compromised by including all of the necessary accessories in their package.

You’ll also appreciate the 22 D-rings on this iSUP, which make storing your personal belongings a breeze. With this paddleboard, you can add a dry bag or a SUP cooler to make your paddling experience more convenient, fun, and enjoyable.

Speed on the water
With the Solar Spirit Paddle board’s speed, you shouldn’t expect too much. This board, on the other hand, glides effortlessly through the water and provides a smooth ride. In comparison to this Solar Spirit Paddle board, the Violet Spirit Paddleboard is faster. You shouldn’t expect much speed from the Violet Spirit because of its size.

With numerous handles, the Solar Spirit Paddle board is easy to transport. This SUP board also has heat-insulating materials and a wheeled backpack, allowing you to travel with it with ease! In my opinion, the backpack is not of the highest quality, but it is still functional and has pockets where you can store your accessories and some of your personal belongings.

Stability
In a variety of water conditions, the Solar Spirit Paddle board will provide you with a comfortable and stable SUP board. With this iSUP board, you can bring along an extra passenger. There’s plenty of space to bring your pets or children! With a 320-pound weight capacity and a wide-body and pointed nose, this sturdy SUP board will keep you stable on the water.

My own experience

With my personal experience with the Solar Spirit Paddle board, I thoroughly enjoyed trying out this SUP board on the water. It’s the longest board in the Outdoormaster Chasing Blue series, so it’s also the most stable.

Although this iSUP is one of the most affordable SUPs on the market, it still provides a durable and safe paddleboard due to the use of the most up-to-date drop-stitch materials.

This is an excellent entry-level SUP board that you should take into consideration. The Solar Spirit Paddle board was extremely easy for me to paddle on flat, calm water, and the dimensions of this board allowed me to feel at ease when dealing with waves and chops.

As previously stated, you shouldn’t expect a lot of speed from this SUP board because of its size. However, while paddling and playing it, I was blown away by how straight it tracks and glides!

Although this SUP board is not the best, in my opinion, you will appreciate the fact that it is inexpensive.

The Solar Spirit Paddle board comes with front and back bungees. Both the tails and the nose have a 6-point bungee system that riders can use to store their belongings.

If you’ll be out on the water for several hours, bring your dry bag and stuff it with all of your paddling essentials.

Some iSUPs only have one bungee, but I was surprised to see two bungees on this Solar Spirit Paddle board, considering how inexpensive it is.

There are four grab handles on the Chasing Blue Solar Spirit. It’s convenient because you can easily grab your board from the water if you fall or go swimming.

This Solar Spirit Paddle board’s 2″ wide center carry handle is sturdy and comfortable for riders, as it is also padded, making it easy to carry when you’re out on the water.

The Solar Spirit Paddle board has 22 stainless steel D-rings on which you can attach all of your necessary accessories, such as a SUP cooler, dry bags, and so on.

The double line groove deck pad on the Solar Spirit Paddle board is soft enough to feel comfortable while standing or kneeling. This would also provide you with a lot of traction while paddling. The deck pad is also quite long, providing plenty of room for movement and maneuvering.

The outdoor master has one unique feature, which is its upgraded valve. If your board has too much pressure on it, it will automatically deflate to the standard pressure of 12- 15 psi.

They used Superlight Coalitional Woven Technology to create a light and rigid paddleboard, which entails applying a pre-laminated drop stitch fabric to a high-density PVC structure. The Solar Spirit Paddle board isn’t as strong or rigid as their pro model SUPs, but for the price, it’s hard to beat, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how rigid it is.

• Front Strap. The innovative, detachable flat bungee strap is much more supple and resilient than standard, thinner threads.
• Safety Handle. Beginners can mount the board more easily and safely thanks to the four grab handles on both ends.
• Carry Handles. The carry handle is designed to provide extra comfort while carrying your foam-cored board, as well as a firm grip.
• D-Rings. There are 22 stainless steel D-Rings on the side of the board for a variety of uses, including kayak seat mounting, coil leash binding, and so on.
• Back Strap. For added carrying capacity, the board tail features a detachable 6-point bungee cargo system.
• Valve. One simple push activates a double-secured inflating valve with spring control for increased safety performance.

Fins
The Solar Spirit Paddle board has two small fins and one large fin. The center fin is a removable touring fin that fits into the fin box with ease. If you want to paddle in deeper water, always use the larger fin because it will provide better tracking and keep your board moving in a straight line. Smaller fins are all you need for shallow water paddling and can help you maintain good tracking and maneuverability.

Material
As we all know, the Solar Spirit Paddle board is a budget-friendly board. However, when it comes to the board’s construction, it will still provide you with a modest SUP.

The Solar Spirit Paddle board is made with Super Light Coalitional Woven Technology, which means the board is made with pre-laminated drop stitch fabric and a high-density PVC structure to keep it light and rigid on the water. You can’t go wrong with this SUP for the price. Although the construction quality is not the best when compared to others, it is still a good buy for the features and price!

Inflate / deflate
Using their hand pump, I was able to inflate the Solar Spirit Paddle board in 6 minutes. Pumping depends on your technique. The outdoor master paddleboard has an upgraded valve that automatically releases excess air pressure on the paddleboard, which I liked. To get a rigid paddleboard, the PSI should be between 12 and 15 psi. The outdoor master SUP board benefits from the cool valve feature.

Warranty
A two-year warranty is included with the Solar Spirit Paddle board. In terms of customer service, they have received positive feedback. This affordable SUP board is another option for you if you’re looking for a budget-friendly board! At the same time, it’s great for beginners!

Design
TheSolar Spirit Paddle board has a simple design. However, when compared to the other chasing blue spirit paddleboards, this one is longer and wider. The paddleboard is All-Around, which means it can be used in any type of water and is also beginner-friendly! Although not the most stable iSUP, it will still excite you when you’re out on the water!

In the Package

Paddle

A lightweight carbon shaft paddle is included in the package. This paddle is lighter than the fiberglass or aluminum paddles. The Solar Spirit Paddle board is light and durable, weighing only 28 oz. The paddle can be adjusted from 72″ to 86” in length and breaks down into three parts; it also floats, so you won’t have to worry if you drop it in the water.

Backpack

If you’re planning to paddle, theSolar Spirit Paddle board backpack has a wheel so you can easily transport or carry them. This iSUP board is fantastic for travel. You won’t have to worry about carrying it in your backpack because the shoulder straps and waist clips are comfortable enough to carry all of your paddling essentials. The Solar Spirit paddleboard is constructed with insulated materials, which I haven’t seen in other iSUP brands.

Action Mounts

The action mount on the Solar Spirit Paddle board is useful for paddling while out on the water. This can be found on almost every paddleboard because it allows you to attach your Go PRO action camera to take photos while out on the water while also allowing you to add more gear to make your paddling experience more enjoyable. The three action mounts can be placed anywhere on your board.

Pump

It comes with a dual-action hand pump that, in my opinion, performs admirably. Because it has two pressure modes, you can start with the double action and work your way up to the single action once the board has taken shape. A built-in pressure gauge is included with the pump, allowing you to monitor your progress. The Solar Spirit Paddle board’s recommended air pressure is only 12-15 PSI.

Repair Kit

It comes with a repair kit, just like the other outdoor master chasing blue spirit models. Two PVC patches, 30 g of glue, and a valve wrench are included in this kit. Although we will be disappointed if our boards are damaged, at the very least you will have a repair kit with you in the event of an emergency.

This is the longest and widest SUP board in the Outdoormaster Chasing Blue Spirit Series collection, and it’s great for beginners! This is a good choice for paddlers who are taller than six feet, in my opinion.

This paddle board isn’t the most stable in terms of performance, but it glides and tracks well in the water. If you want to bring your pets and children along on this SUP.

You’ll appreciate the fact that, despite the board’s low cost, 22 stainless steel D-RINGS with 6 points and 2 bungee straps were installed at the front and back. You can attach whatever accessories you think you’ll need to make your paddling experience more enjoyable!

The valve that automatically releases air is another great feature of the Solar Spirit Paddle board. It also comes with a two-year warranty and all of the necessary features!
