The old ISLE Megalodon has been updated to version 2.0. Compared to the previous version of ISLE Megalodon, the ISLE Megalodon 2.0 has two color options, whereas the previous version has none.
The new version is also more expensive. I don’t see much difference between this SUP board and the previous one. However, there is undoubtedly a distinction in terms of paddleboard characteristics. The ISLE Megalodon paddleboard is designed to keep families and children entertained while paddling in the sun!

Although this board can accommodate multiple people, transportation is not an issue because it is designed to be portable and travel-friendly. If you’re carrying it inflated, the ISLE Megalodon paddleboard is enormous, and it would take two people to hold it.
Stability
The ISLE Megalodon Paddleboard has excellent stability, making it the most stable SUP in the ISLE paddleboard line. This paddle board is ideal for your Yoga workout in flat water and can accommodate multiple riders at once. Simply avoid using this SUP board in rapids because it will not handle them well.
Professionals’ Experience
Everyone who has tried it reports having a great time with the ISLE Megalodon paddleboard in the water! I was blown away when I saw this paddleboard because it is enormous! It was a struggle to unbox it because it was quite heavy, but I was pleased because it would provide me with a lot of fun in the sun!
What I dislike about this SUP board is the lack of accessories, such as a leash, repair kit, and carrying case! I believe they should include this SUP board in the package for a better overall paddling experience.
The SUP board was well-designed, sturdy, and constructed from high-quality materials! What makes me happy is that the SUP pump is now electric, making inflating and deflating the paddleboard a breeze.
The paddleboard is extremely stable, and I even tried some yoga poses, though I’m not a fan. Just putting it in the water to see if it lives up to the ISLE’s claim of being the most stable SUP they have.
If you’re looking for a fast SUP, this isn’t the paddleboard for you. This SUP is ideal for relaxing with family, friends, and even your beloved dog!
In comparison to the old version, which only had one color scheme, the updated version of the ISLE Megalodon has two color options, allowing you to choose which one you prefer.
The ISLE Megalodon paddleboard is made of military-grade PVC, which makes it extremely durable and stable when out on the water. The 15′ can accommodate up to 5 passengers without compromising stability.
The ISLE Megalodon has a 6-point bungee storage system in the front where you can store your SUP cooler or any other accessories you bring. It has numerous D-rings simultaneously for any extra accessories you want to add.
It also has multiple carry handles for easy transportation, and because this SUP is quite large, a smooth neoprene cushioning around the handle adds to the convenience. It won’t be difficult to hold the SUP board in wet or dry conditions or even cold weather.
It has a soft brushed EVA deck pad for increased foot grip and comfort while paddling. If there are multiple passengers, expect a comfortable ride. Grab handles can also be found near the nose and tail.
The included accessories in this paddleboard will not impress you because it lacks some essentials such as a leash, repair kit, and carry bag.
Knowing how important these features are and considering the price, I hope the ISLE will consider adding them in their next SUP update of this board. Below, there are more details on the accessories.

It will be easier for you to inflate the paddle board because it comes with a free electric SUP pump, which is a significant benefit considering you will be inflating a large paddle board. It can be inflated to 17 PSI and is also simple to deflate. It took me only 5 minutes to inflate the paddleboard.

Paddle
The ISLE Megalodon has a paddle that is made of hybrid carbon fiber. This will ensure that it is both strong and light. The three-piece paddle has anti-lock technology, so you won’t have to worry about the shaft twisting once you’ve adjusted the length.
I would advise getting an additional paddle because there will almost certainly be more than one person on board at any given time.
Electric Pump
An electric SUP pump is included with the ISLE Megalodon Paddleboard! This is a noteworthy feature and an update to the old ISLE paddleboard because it will save paddlers time in inflating and deflating their paddleboard. This is a large and expensive paddleboard, and it’s nice to see that the accessories have been updated as well.
Optional Accessories – Not Included
Leash
One of the most important paddling accessories is a leash. Unfortunately, this was not included in the update. If you fall in the water, a leash will ensure you stay connected to your paddleboard. Even though this SUP board is not designed for extreme adventures and is best used in calm waters, you should still purchase a leash.
Repair Kit
I usually see a repair kit and a leash included in each SUP package but since this one does not have one, I recommend getting it from ISLE. You never know what might happen on the water and when you’ll need to save your board from taking in water and sinking. This life-threatening situation can be avoided by having a repair kit on board at all times.
Inflatable Belt Pack Life Jacket
Never enough safety precautions. I recommend getting a life jacket while paddleboarding. This can be useful, especially if you are a beginner or have someone on board who can’t paddleboard.
Kayak Conversion Kit
A kayak conversion kit can now be attached to this SUP board. It’s a stable paddleboard, and it’s great that you’ll be able to not only paddle but also relax with the kayak conversion kit attached. Purchase a high-quality kit that will last for years.
SUP Cooler Bag
You’ll need a SUP cooler bag to accompany you while having fun in the sun. This cooler bag will keep your drinks cold and hydrated. This is an important piece of equipment to consider. You won’t have to worry about this because the ISLE Megalodon paddleboard has enough storage space.

Advantages Inflatable board

- Technology has improved greatly over the past 10 years. For this reason, these boards are now almost hard to distinguish from hard boards

- More speed, which is important if you are a professional

My final verdict on the ISLE Megalodon Paddleboard is that if you want a fun paddleboard that can accommodate multiple passengers, this SUP board is for you! Because of its stability, this paddleboard is suitable for both beginners and children. I also liked how they had already upgraded their SUP pump to an electric one! Because the ISLE Megalodon Paddleboard is large, this is an advantage for the new update.
What I also dislike about this SUP is the lack of accessories that every paddler requires. I’m referring to the leash, carrying case, and even the repair kit. This paddleboard is one of the most expensive iSUP boards they make, and, unfortunately, you have to buy those missing accessories and spend more money on them.
However, I am impressed with its function, performance, and paddleboard quality! You can do a variety of activities with this ISLE Megalodon, which you should consider if you want a fun paddleboard. You can also select the size, as there are two options: 12′ or 15′. Overall, this is a fantastic paddleboard that you can enjoy with your entire family! Just ignore the negative side comments I mentioned.
