Inflation took about 5.5 minutes to reach 15 psi, with another couple of minutes to reach 18 psi. The double action pump has both inflate and deflate modes, and you can switch to single action for the final strokes, which makes the process less exhausting.
The SUP itself is well-finished. The seams are clean, and the material feels thick and durable. It has nine D-rings total—four in the front for the bungee, one in the rear for the leash, and four more around the standing area that can be used for a kayak seat or the shoulder strap.
