The board is adjustable, and this is by far one of the most versatile balance board I’ve used. You may accomplish difficult and fun challenges with the board, and I was able to do so as well. I’m having a great time riding on it!
It took me a few minutes to get familiar with getting up on the board, but I was able to do it comfortably. Just a tip, when you’re initially starting, it’s easy to hurt yourself if you’re not paying attention or trying to show off. I was able to center my gravity, and I noticed a significant increase in my balance, as well as core and lower body strength. I’ve also started doing upper body exercises and can tell the difference.
A sturdy and well-made product. Overall, with its various setups, I suggest this board to everyone, beginner or not. It’s money well spent!
