Hunter Joslin, the inventor of the Indo Board, is an enthusiastic surfer and skateboarder. He has been participating in this activity for over 55 years, which inspired him to create the Indo Board Balance Trainer.
In 1998, he began selling the Indo Board by creating a website, building the brand, and establishing marketing channels. The board is specifically intended for surfers who want to train out on the sea, and he has been able to innovate his boards and be well-recognized in the business up until now.
An Indo balance board trainer is a type of balance board that is a certified personal trainer and exerciser. It typically consists of a board or platform that is mounted on a base or roller and is designed to be unstable, requiring the user to engage their core muscles, lower leg muscles, and body’s ability to maintain balance while using it.

The board can also be used for physical therapy to relieve foot pain and provide injury prevention.
When you visit the Indo Balance Board website, you will notice a variety of balance boards with varying designs and focuses. They also provide several bundles that you may add to your routine. However, I will go into detail about the Original Indo Balance Board, which is one of the company’s best-selling products.

Shopping for a balancing board may be pretty intimidating because there are so many options in terms of style, material, and, of course, price! The Indo Balance board was my second balancing board since I was intrigued by how well it would help me with my fitness routines.
As you can see, I enjoy water sports, but when I don’t have time to get out on the water and practice, I look for other ways to enhance my skills while at home. And, indeed! I went to their website and sought the best one to help me improve my balancing skills. I bought their best-selling Original Indo Board, which includes the deck, roller, cushion, exercise poster, and instructional video.
The package arrived in perfect condition. The board is composed of natural wood, which is quite solid and has a non-slip surface, allowing me to control the board. I went over and followed the poster that came with the item, which I believe is quite useful, especially for novices. I also watched the video to learn more about how to use the Indo Board Balance board.

The board is adjustable, and this is by far one of the most versatile balance board I’ve used. You may accomplish difficult and fun challenges with the board, and I was able to do so as well. I’m having a great time riding on it!
It took me a few minutes to get familiar with getting up on the board, but I was able to do it comfortably. Just a tip, when you’re initially starting, it’s easy to hurt yourself if you’re not paying attention or trying to show off. I was able to center my gravity, and I noticed a significant increase in my balance, as well as core and lower body strength. I’ve also started doing upper body exercises and can tell the difference.
A sturdy and well-made product. Overall, with its various setups, I suggest this board to everyone, beginner or not. It’s money well spent!
